My Makeup Collection is growing...

Hey Dolls! Wow,  so I started to properly collect makeup since April 2011, and I think that it has grown so much! I have over 13 lipsticks, more than 10 different brushes, and so much more, i'm so proud of myself! Ha! I think I should stop for a while though because, I need to spend my money on clothes! I am still needing to shop for winter clothes/shoes, so you will probably see a haul, late winter or something!

New Makeup Buys: ELF!

Alright Ok! Before I explain myself, I know I have been gone off blogger for over a month, I have been so crazy, all my GCSE's exams, decided that they wanted to pile up on me! So I NEEDED to study! I am so sorry, but I'm pretty sure you would understand me! School is really important to me, and I want to do well! Okay, now I have that off my chest, I h`ve an exciting post I want to share with you! I decided to treat myself with some ELF makeup,  I ordered these, and 2 days after I got it! I must say that the shipping it very good! I am ever so happy with the things I ordered, not because I've tried them, but because, they are things I've wanted to get for a long time! I got a range of makeup from, face, eyes, lips! I also got a new set of makeup brushes, I'm sorry that you can't see the products clearly, but I will be filming a haul video tomorrow, so if you want to know more details about the makeup products that I purchased then stay tuned for that video!

I actually bought these things on offer! ELF were having a 40% off everything sale, so I knew I had to get some few bits! (There is a random brush in the background, so please ignore that lol- it's nothing to do with this) Am I the only one who gets so excited when something you order, comes through the post!? I get so excited, there were certain things like the elf 'Mineral Infused Primer' that I really want to try out, to see how it goes. But I will always do a review if I like something! But yeah... anyways, I hope you all enjoyed this blog post, because I found this pretty exciting. I can now promise you that if I don't blog on weekdays, I will definitely be able to blog on the weekend. Because weekdays (school days) I have a schedule of studying/revising, so i'm a super busy girl! I know you all understand, that's why I love you all so much! Thank for understanding. Hope you enjoyed this, because I did!
I will see you all very soon, and check my YouTube channel, if you would like to see a haul/talk video of the things I got!

What to wear when you're at 30’s – a fashion statement.

Have you ever thought about it, what looks stylish and what doesn’t when you cross the 30’s.

I don’t signify there’s something like "rules" but I think there are things that -even if you have a nice body to pull them off, it begin to look kinda when you grow up.

I came across the comments like “long hair looks bad over 30”, but I really don’t think so... It is odd how opinion changes. When you’re 20 you are sure what a 30 something shouldn’t wear, but when you are there you begin to wonder, as you don’t see yourself really different, but everybody’s insight about you really does.

I personally believe in,
“Someone who accepts their age is more appealing than someone who tries to dress younger.”

In a magazine I noted some thing related to this,

Early 30's need not to bother about it so much. But......after the age of 34 (this seems to be THE year where it all starts) you need to actually take a look at yourself. Liz Hurley could pull off what she wore in her early 30's but now she’s 39........she just cant in the way she used to, it looks sort of wannabe young again even though its only a few years difference.

And I finally go with the words of my friend, in fact you may too agree with it,

“You look younger it’s a rather pitiful compliment.
You look great! That’s a great one...”
(In the sense of dressing)

Thank you.

Tom Ford's spring/summer 2012 collection

Tom Ford's fashion shows are 'invite only' events, which means it's perfectly feasible that the only names on the guest list are a few stuffed toys whose lack of live-blogging capabilities means the designer has another two months to actually get his collection finished. Obviously that would never happen though, never.

So, two months after fashion week, Tom Ford has debuted his spring summer 2012 collection on Vogue.com. In the best possible way, it's exactly what we expected, which makes all the cloak and dagger business a bit pointless. We've got ultra-lux form-fitting dressed with clinched waists, bondage-esque corsets, satin suits in his trademark purple, which frankly we're surprised Cadburys hasn't tried to trademark.

Talking about the collection, Ford said:

"I want to do classic clothes. I don’t want to do trendy collections that swing around from season to season. I want to do things that will stay in a woman’s wardrobe a long time—quite ‘forever’ pieces. So I’m looking for consistency."

Quite. We think Ford is at his best when he's putting Nicholas Hoult in an angora sweater for A Single Man. Let's hope there's some truth in the rumour that he could be doing an H&M collaboration then.

Probably a must stuff for high heel users.

Squeezing your feet into damaging fashion footwear can prove to be extremely detrimental in the long run.
A quarter of all the bones in the human body are found in our feet and on average we walk around 1,00,000 miles in our entire lifetime, which is equivalent of four times around the Equator, a media report said.

However Dr Tariq Khan, a consultant podiatrist at a leading hospital in London, has offered some simple techniques and solutions that will allow you to wear your favorite heels without causing long-lasting damage.
If you have a wobble-board, practise for an hour or so in the week before you wear them to strengthen your ankles and reduce the risk of sprains.

Alternatively if you own a pair of MBT-style exercise shoes wear them to and from work.
Don’t overdo it though as Dr Khan says wearing these too often can throw out your posture.

He has suggested that on the night before a party give your feet a spa-style pampering by soaking in warm, salty water and then removing dry skin and massaging with moisturiser.

“Make sure nails are short so they don’t press into the toes in narrow shoes,” said Dr Khan.
Slip into fold-up pumps for the journey home after your party but do make sure they have a sturdy sole.
Once you are back home after the party, soak your feet in salty water for 10 minutes to reduce any swelling or inflammation.

Something for fashion lover's this winter.

I think it would be their fashion trend for this winter. I don’t know what to call these but I've seen them at many fashion shows so far...Nearly a thick scarf or muff around the neck that more or less looks like it's holding their head up...

This new interpretation of the circle scarves would appear everywhere this winter. And it looks dead luxurious and endulgent! The closest thing to this would be American apparel circle scarf...The fur versions are definitely more eye catching though.

What I adore about a muff is that you can wear them as a neck accessory. There is a fine line between a muff and a short scarf. It all depends on how it is used.

Successful fashion models with imperfect teeth and teeth fashion trends.

Fashion and beauty are not constant one. They vary on each individual’s vision; a fashion liked by one might not be liked by others. So, here I put my thought,

I actually find models (and people in general) with imperfect teeth, but they really look sexy. It gives them personality and character. I can think of a few models like Lara Stone, Lauren, Hutton, Romina lanaro, Adriana Lima, Louise P and many more. And I think they did not make any measures to make it perfect. They deserves for what they worked. It gives unique identity for them.

And in Japan it is called yaeba. Women are paying dentist to craft their teeth crooked. They take it as a fashion trend. There are few famous fashion models with crooked teeth in Japan.

I personally believe crooked teeth might look very sexy if they are in harmony with the face. And it seems, teeth might not be a worrying thing for a anyone to think about modeling career.
