The 18-year-old starlet stepped out in a half-up pompadour 'do, smoky eyes, and hot pink lips-while hitting up stores like All Saints near Oxford Street.

Gomez wore a sequin top, skinny jeans, and-gray  booties. She paired her ensemble with a tan sweater and camel colored satchel.
